Malvern Hills

Distinguished as one of the most natural features in the UK, Malvern Hills are famously beautiful with excellent views of Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Stretching nine miles across the countryside with its highest point being 425 meters, Malvern Hills is also known for its spring water which is often consumed by the Queen.

Great Malvern Priory

Built as a Benedictine monastery in the year 1075, the 11th century Great Malvern Priory to this day offers an active service in its large Anglican church. Its iconic medieval stained glass windows date back to the 15th and 16th century. Although the Priory’s history is not well known, when you step into this medieval building, you will be filled with a sense of Malverns history and cultural significance.

Malvern Museum

Located in the town centre of Malvern and established in 1979, the Malvern Museum is filled with fascinating local history. Unlike a standard museum Malvern Museum offers plenty of activities to take part in making it fun for all the family. Children are encouraged to dress up and families are challenged to build a castle, follow trails and take park in audio tours. There is plenty on offer at the Malvern Museum not only for visitors, but for residents to experience the local history of the now quaint town that they live in.
