Built as a Benedictine monastery in the year 1075, the 11th century Great Malvern Priory to this day offers an active service in its large Anglican church. Its iconic medieval stained glass windows date back to the 15th and 16th century. Although the Priory’s history is not well known, when you step into this medieval building, you will be filled with a sense of Malverns history and cultural significance.
The Priory is open to the public Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm

Located in the town centre of Malvern and established in 1979, the Malvern Museum is filled with fascinating local history. Unlike a standard museum Malvern Museum offers plenty of activities to take part in making it fun for all the family. Children are encouraged to dress up and families are challenged to build a castle, follow trails and take park in audio tours.
