There is just something about this property that makes us go WOW!
One of us thinks that the home is "Eye Candy" as you drive by, a beautiful tree in the front garden, a grassed area leading up to the window, a gravelled driveway, which can be extended to give ample parking, and the fact that it is a double-fronted home.
One of us loves the size of the rear garden and the fact that they could easily entertain all their family and friends, whilst expertly flipping burgers on the BBQ or adding peperoni to the pizza before going in you Pizza Oven (Pineapple not allowed) and the fact that during the summer months, just to have the ability to relax before or after work in the garden with a cup of tea.
Another thinks that having separate reception rooms allows the family to either sit together and enjoy mealtimes together, then walk across the hallway to the living room for family game night, or just a relaxing evening in front of the TV. They also thought that the utility room would be a godsend, so they couldn't hear the washing machine, and it was somewhere for the four-legged one to be cleaned down before setting foot in the house ... or the kids. The fact that the house also has three bedrooms with an upstairs bathroom and is extremely light inside never even entered the conversation.
And the last one was all about the area, having great schools on the door step was a big feature, a local super market for those moments when you have run out of something and the fact that they (after a short walk) could take their dog for a long run in Gheluvelt Park, although we think they pretend to walk the dog and in fact spend their time in Kynd Folk sipping an artisan coffee.
