Having bought and sold through this estate agent previously, I had no hesitation in using them again to sell our home, and I'm glad I did.

A special mention goes to Simon, who managed to secure a buyer before the property even made it onto Rightmove. That gave us a real head start and helped move the process along much more quickly than we had expected.

Dawn also deserves a mention for always being on hand to entertain my latest crazy scheme or idea and somehow turning it into a workable plan. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Throughout the sale, we were kept well informed with meaningful updates rather than generic check-ins, and the progression was handled efficiently from start to finish. The whole team were approachable, proactive and genuinely pleasant to deal with, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward.

Their fee was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and the result speaks for itself. We're very happy in our new home, and it's equally nice to know our buyers are happy in theirs too. A thoroughly positive experience and a team I'd happily recommend.

Dawn was so helpful in finding the perfect property for my Mum and Simon very patient with us reviewing the property several times with the tape measure, both very obliging throughout the entire process.
