Having bought and sold through this estate agent previously, I had no hesitation in using them again to sell our home, and I'm glad I did.

A special mention goes to Simon, who managed to secure a buyer before the property even made it onto Rightmove. That gave us a real head start and helped move the process along much more quickly than we had expected.

Dawn also deserves a mention for always being on hand to entertain my latest crazy scheme or idea and somehow turning it into a workable plan. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Throughout the sale, we were kept well informed with meaningful updates rather than generic check-ins, and the progression was handled efficiently from start to finish. The whole team were approachable, proactive and genuinely pleasant to deal with, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward.
